1. General. This website is operated and maintained by the British Orthopaedic Association (the BOA). By using the BOA website, you agree to the terms and conditions of use stated in this document and in the BOA Privacy Statement. BOA reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of use at any time and without prior notice.
2. BOA Members. It is a requirement of members’ use of the website that BOA members provide a “preferred email” which will be used by BOA to communicate any urgent news or other material to them and which will be included in the annual members' handbook.
3. Accuracy. Although the BOA attempts to keep this website up to date, some of the material on it may not be up to date. The BOA makes no representation, or gives any warranty, about the accuracy or effectiveness of any material contained or otherwise displayed or depicted on this site. Users of this website must make their own assessment of the potential effectiveness of any such information. The BOA, to the maximum extent permitted by law, disclaims all liability for any injury to any person incurred as a consequence of any information displayed on this website. The BOA shall not therefore be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or economic damage, whether in contract, in tort, or otherwise, arising out of the use of this website or the reliance on any of the information displayed on it.

11. Online Shopping. The British Orthopaedic Association cannot be responsible for users’ online shopping even through links or references it has itself provided.
